How do I become a CASA?
YOU VOLUNTEER TO BECOME AN ADVOCATE
CASA Volunteers are ordinary people who come from all walks of life, with a variety of professional, educational and ethnic backgrounds. Many are employed full time.
To get started, you will complete a screening process.
Next is the comprehensive CASA Training, where you will be provided with all the information you will need to be an excellent advocate.
After completing training, you will be sworn in by a Judge.
The volunteer commitment requires about 15 hours per month and can be completed (mostly) on your own schedule.
The best part is helping local children in need!
